Located in Jesús María (district in Lima, Peru) we have a very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment of 86m2 in a very nice and quiet area (Av. San Felipe).
In the near area you will have several malls and shopping centers at your disposal in a friendly neighourhood. You will also find various restaurants which serve foreign meals and also the traditional Peruvian meals.

The building is less than one year old and has 24 hour security at the door every day the whole year.
The apartment is well spaced, very comfortable, it has a great view and is suited for 5 persons maximum.

Everything comes with quality linen and covers and everything is very clean.

Minimum stay is 4 days and price is $30/day, $190/week or $750/month. Security deposit will be $100 and will be returned when you leave.
