Overview

This cozy 80 square-meter apartment for tourists is located in a nice and quiet residential area. The duplex apartment's first floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchenette and guest bathroom, in a 40 square-meter area. It is fully equipment with appliances, including a microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, mixer etc. The second floor consists of a master bedroom with wooden floor and large windows facing a garden. It is charmingly furnished with a double single bed, night table and dresser. The complete bathroom has a washbasin, shower, hot water, towels, and basic toiletries.

Services include high speed wireless internet, and digital cable TV. Every week a house keeper cleans the apartment, changes bed linen, towels, table-linen etc.

The apartment is located in the back yard of the owner´s home, with independent entrance through the garage area. Occupancy single or double persons. Non smoking.
