Overview

Miraflores (Lima, Peru) is one of the most visited districts in Lima by foreigners coming to Perú as tourists or for work related trips. It has beautiful green parks, night life; it is close to many supermarkets, art galleries, movie theatres, cafes, bars, malls, pubs and book stores.

Some detailed characteristics of it are:

•The apartment has 100m2; it was recently finished (6 months ago). You have laminated wooden floor for the living room, main dinner room and the hallway.
•It has 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has 15m2, the two other ones 9m2 each and the fourth one has 6m2. Each bedroom has a mattress, linen, towels, a new closet and carpet floors.
•It has 3 bathrooms. They have a walking shower (hot/cold water), W.C. and a sink. Two of them are made entirely of marble.
•In the kitchen: fully furnished, a gas kitchen, microwave oven, refrigerator, kitchen tools, silverware and dishes for 4 people.
•In the laundry room: automatic washing machine, clothes hanger, iron, ironing flat table and a big sink.
•In the dinning room: 8m2 glass table with a set of 5 chairs. It also has paintings. The decoration can be fully changed if desired.
•The living room: Two sofas (3 and 4 people sofas) newly furnished, center table, a small flat screen TV with cable TV (85 channels), stereo.

This rental includes: towels, linen, cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet (no PC). If you need a fixed telephone, you might want to pay for it. Depending how many minutes you want to use I can charge those minutes to your bill. It does not include breakfast, lunch or dinner. If desired, a lady can cook and clean everyday for you. The cost is U.S. $20 just to clean and U.S. $50 for cleaning and dinning services.


If you are renting for a whole month, there is a charge of U.S.$ 50 more for the building maintenance per month. There is 24 hour security and the apartment is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Miraflores, so there is a strong police service around the neighborhood.

Directions:

From the airport, go all the way down the Avenida "La Marina", then take the beach access (Costa Verde) until you reach Avenue "El Ejercito" (District of San Isidro)

Follow this avenue until you reach the 5th block. Turn right and go to Street Contralmirante Villar 640, Apt. 204.

If you need to buy something, don’t worry, you are close to everything. There is a small shop just half a block away from the building and a big supermarket a third of mile away from the building. If you like ocean view, you are a block away from a green park and the Malecón de Miraflores, one of the most beautiful places to watch the sunset in Lima during summertime.



If you want to know fine dinning or just cheap but really nice places to eat, I can show you for no cost the right restaurants or places for you. It is good to know a local person so you can save time and money and without wondering how dangerous or good a place might be.
