Overview

This is a complete furnished two bedrooms apartment in the bohemian district of Barranco, 10-minutes walk from the beach, in a quiet, very safe area on a large number of public transport routes to every part of Lima. Nearby you'll find cafes, pubs, art galleries, small museums and craft fairs. The rooms have matrimonial bed, desk, 2 chairs, table and closet. Daily us/40 Weekly us/ 220. Discounts available if you stay more than a week. The price includes all services, wireless internet, hot water, cleaning of your room, change of linen & towels, use of the kitchen, living & dinning room.
At your request, we can do a tour showing you the city and “huariques” and all you want to know, and also we can pick you up at the Lima Airport. (additional charges apply).

Location & area

Barranco is considered to be the city's most important romantic and bohemian district. Barranco is known for a thriving arts and music scene, bars and nightclubs. There is a beautiful walkway to the sea that runs through Barranco, called the Bajada de los Baños. Crossing over this walkway is the Puente de los Suspiros, or Bridge of Sighs. The walkway is bordered on both sides by grand houses, restaurants and pubs. On the far side of the bridge is a park with a statue of Barranco's famous singer and composer, Chabuca Granda.



Barranco has houses in the style of the Republican era, flower-filled parks and streets, and appealing beachfront areas. This district includes numerous restaurants. Many nightclubs are also located in Barranco, including discos, bars and penas, where one can appreciate Peruvian music shows.
