Overview
This property is located in the village of Sangolqui which is only 20 minutes from Colonial Quito. Salgolqui is a quite village but is also close to all amenities like shops, cinemas and restaurants. There is a fruit and vegetable market which is within walking distance. Sangolqui is in the Valle De Los Chillos which is south of Quito on the well maintained Autopista Rumiñahui. It is a peacefull, safe and clean environment with beautiful weather all year round; warm during the day and cool in the evenings.
Property
The house is on a 1000 sq ft fenced landscaped garden with fruit trees and well cared lawns. Entry to the property is through either remote controlled gates or a street door. There is parking space for at least three cars within the property.
