Overview

I'm a 31 years old music teacher and I have a room for rent. The flat has 3 rooms so we'll be 3 girls shearing.
The room has a single bed, table with chair and a big closet.We include sheets and blankets.
It's avaliable from january 2010.
I have a cat and lots of plants... love to chat, watch movies... not a great cooker thought! I speak spanish, english and catalan.
The price includes once a week's cleaning of all the house, electricity and gas expenses and wireless internet.
Building expenses are charged extra (it's ussually around $15 per person per month).
The views are very nice and the flat is close to five universities and the "going out" area.

Location & area

There are two rooms for rent and I'm looking for girls to share with.
The flat is located in a 6 floor's building. Nice views, calm neighboors. The zone is great, an independent cinema one block from here, two of the greatest's pubs three blocks from here... and five of the most important universities 4 blocks from here (Universidad Catolica, Universidad Salesiana, Universidad Simon Bolivar, Universidad de las Americas and Universidad Politécnica.
Transportation is easy: buses and taxis are two blocks from the flat.
