Overview

I'm a 31 years old music teacher and I have a room for rent. The flat has 3 rooms (I live with a french girl).
The room has a double mattress, small desk with chair and a big closet.
It's avaliable from now till july the 20th.
I have a cat and lots of plants... love to chat, watch movies... not a great cooker thought! I speak spanish, english and catalan.
The price includes once a week's cleaning of all the house, services (water, electricity, gas). Building expenses are charged extra (it's ussually around $15 per person per month). We have wireless internet, the computer is at the common area.
The views are very nice and the flat is close to five universities and the "going out" area.

The room for rent is at a 6 floor's building. Nice views, calm neighboors. The zone is great, a cinema one block from here, two of the greatest's pubs two blocks from here... and four of the most important universities 4 blocks from here (Universidad Catolica, Universidad Salesiana, Universidad Simon Bolivar, Universidad de las Americas)
