Overview
Fully furnished apartment in the modern part of Quito; one double bedroom, plus a double bed-settee in the living room; very secure with 24 hour guard; cable tv and phone for local calls; wifi internet for visitors with laptops; well equipped kitchen and laundry; includes weekly cleaning of apartment. This is our own personal home in Quito and we try to keep it as immaculate as possible.Visitor review:"The apartment is wonderful! It was definetely much more than we had hoped for. It is quiet, very clean, roomy and bright. The view is gorgeous and the guard is really nice and helpful. The kitchen and laundry room are so well-equipped! Oh! and the hair dryer in the master bathroom was an absolute life-saver. The welcome basket was a lovely touch and Ruthy is just great! Thank you so much for everything!"

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
