Overview
Beautiful 3 bedroom vacation home for rent in centro historico, colonial quito. Features a large furnished terazza with views spanning from the virgin of the panacillo to San Blas church.
Kitchen is completely equipped, and all bedrooms ( 2 double, one queen size bed) have top of the line orthopedic mattresses.
the property has lots of wonderfull architectural details, including a vaulted ceiling with skylight.
The location of the house is only 4 blocks south of the Plaza Santo Domingo, and is easy walking distance to all the sites colonial Quito has to offer. The house is also conveniently located near the Terminal Terresta bus staion, making it an ideal base from which to make days trips from Quito.
There is a phone for local incoming/ outgoing calls, and there is a cd player and radio. The house is also equipped with high speed internet and a washer and dryer.
The people in the neighborhood are very helpfull and honest. My property manager lives only 3 doors away, and is fluent in both spanish and english. He can arrange anything from tours to airport pick up.
