The house is located in a hectare of land with only two more houses with plenty of green areas and trees, bordered by a small river with nice weaterfalls and surrounded with woods to walk and explore. The house has 220 mts2 of construction with open living room, dinning room and kithchen, all furnished , a laundry room with washer and gas drier, two bedrooms to accommodate 5 people, a covered garage that can be furnished as and extra bethroom for two or three extra people, three chimneys, two complete bathrooms and the social one, three terraces with hammacks, a game room with tables for card or game playing, a pool table, a ping pong table and two storage rooms. It has a home theater with Bosse surround speakers and an extra stereo system in the living room. It has a gas water heater, a telephone line and an alarm system.
