30 Minutes drive from Salvador airport, Few miles north of the city of Salvador, capital of the state Bahia, 5 minutes from Praia do Forte in a small village called Itacimirim


The Villa

Is ideally located in a beautiful part of Brazil known as the Coconut Coast. Endless miles of sandy beaches, Sand dunes, Rivers, Lakes and Mangrove marshes, Reefs and Warm emerald colour ocean waters. Sea temperatures average 23 C in winter and can reach 28 C in summer.

The accommodation sleeps 5. The upper floor comprises, two double bedrooms both en-suit, one fitted with a double bed the other with twin beds. Both rooms are airconditioned. On the ground floor is one single room with its own bathroom.



The lounge area has television and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, fridge, microwave and utility area for washing and drying.

To the front of the villa is a covered patio area with garden furniture and hammock.

The condominium facilities include a large swimming pool with adjacent children's pool. Children's play area, a Gymnasium, a tennis court and abarbeque area. There is access to the beach from the pool area. Allocated parking is available for one car.
