Location & area

Safe, nice and clean residential building with 24 hours doorman and all facilities in the immediate neighbourhood, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants, grocery stores, internet cafés, banks, post office, bakeries, bus and taxi stops.



The apartment is very well located only 2 minutes from the beautiful Ipanema beach (Arpoador and Posto 8), and only 10 min walk from the Copacabana beach.



Arpoador, at the left side of the beach, is a good place for surfing and from its rocks you can take some excellent pictures of the entire Ipanema beach (great spot to watch sunset!).



Around the corner of the apartment is held the famous Hippie Market on Sundays, where you can buy lots of souvenirs, handicrafts & art work from local artists. Twice a week (Tuesday & Friday) the same square hosts an excellent fruit and vegetables street market.



Besides the splendid beach, Ipanema is a hip & trendy location for shopping, dining, bars and going out, and of course for its famous street carnaval parades!
