This is an efficiency attached apt to my quiet home yet nice and private, located in back of a beach front apt (there is no water front view from that apt I'm rentting, but it is only ONE minute walking to beach - really!).The location is PRIVILEGED (find out at Google map :AV BOA VIAGEM, 5212. RECIFE,PE).It's bright, breezy, remodeled, and clean as spacious.No smoking; No drugs; No drinker; No overnight guest; No pets, sorry.The apt comes furnished, including electricity, trash, water, TV, bed, sheets, towels, pots and pans, dishes, flatware, coffeemaker, fridge, oven but no stove, ceiling fan. You can order for cleaning service, but there will be a extra fee for that.
It's 5 minutes from International Guararapes Airport. Great transportation. Restaurants, cafes, 24h supermarket, etc, just on the corner. Perfect for vacation or short term corporate housing.You must be a kind and respectful person.Maximum occupancy = two. Minimum=three days.Prices may chance by month.There is a security deposit that is refundable at check out provided there is no damage.Please contact me if interested.
