At about 60 km from Rio de Janeiro, in the village Pontanegra Marica adorable and quiet town with the ocean lagoon internal freshwater, for holiday marked by peace and security, RENTAL independent house built in 2005 of approximately 200 square metres on two floors with garden and the beach just crossed the road; as follows: living / kitchen, No. 4 rooms with private bathroom, No. 1 room, veranda additional of 40 square metres and kitchen (9 square meters) glass on 3 sides with sink, cooker and barbecue.
Fully furnished with linens, towels, washing machine, electric oven, refrigerator, garden furniture, chairs and hammocks. Including consumption of water, gas, electricity.
On the ground within walking distance of food, bakery, pizzeria / restaurant, bar, bus stop to Rio de Janeiro.
At the request can organize service minibus with driver to and from the airport and cleaning lady at reasonable prices.
