Overview

Marica Beach House is accessed by an asphalt road called Rua Central from Marica town. Entry to the home is by turning off onto a small grass road which wraps around to the front of the house between the house and the beach.

This superbly comfortable home is immediately welcoming.

Its a small two bedroom beach house with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep. The amazing views filter into the living room and master bedroom. Its a white rendered house boasting a limestone front porch and tiled floors which are both practical and attractive in this home beside the seaside.

There are two bedrooms; both with built in cupboards for practicality. Tropical louvers catch the sea breezes and let the beach views inside. The kitchen has a stove, fridge, sink and all the appliances you need to make holiday catering and entertaining a pleasure.

Two bedrooms - a double and a twin with two singles. From inside the double bedroom, which has a large wooden window, the outlook is directly onto the long white sandy beach of Praia de Lagoas.

The focus of the generous living area is a lounge which fold's down into a double bed, a dining room table and chairs and a large television catching Brazil's local television stations.

There is a grassed area infront of the house where you can lay down a towel and rest here facing sea views and cooling breezes.

Marica Beach Houses's spacious covered outdoor limestone porch is perfect for entertaining, and its uninterrupted views of the ocean make leisurely dining a must. Guests often take a chilled glass and wander only a few metres to stand with their toes in the white sand. The sensual pleasure of absolute beachfront is a valuable luxury at Marica Beach House.

A hammock is supplied for your relaxation pleasure, so just hook it on the hooks on the front porch, close your eyes to the sound of the waves and take it all in!
