Overview

This fantastic beach house has 7 large bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 5 of which are ensuite. The property is lined with mature palm trees, off street parking and has a large rear patio/garden, with purpose built BBQ terrace and separate Granite dining table and benches. The upstairs terrace has 3 hammocks and continental style table and chairs to allow you to enjoy the south westerly breezes, by day and night. Internally there is a large hallway and landing with gardens to ensure the house stays cool.

This is very convenient for food preparation and alfresco eating on the large granite table in the terraced garden. For a relaxing holiday it is very hard to beat the Brazilian beach way of life; kick back, enjoy the sun and breezes with an ice cold drink!

Three twin bedrooms with bedside tables. A large part of the living area of the villa is outside under the veranda as it is always warm with pleasant sea breezes, and very few, if any insects.

There is a kitchen with gas oven and hob, large fridge freezer, electric water cooler, washing machine etc... Granite worktops and tabletops complete this seaside villa as well as the large BBQ. If you wish to cook there are local supermarkets and two major hypermarkets based in the city of Joao Pessoa. As well as providing all the food and drink you would be used to at home, they have a tremendous range of meat, fish and exotic vegetables. They also sell snorkelling gear, flip flops and other beach items.
