Overview

The apartment is on the fifth floor giving you excellent views along the beach, out to sea and to the most easterly point of all the Americas. Two lifts service the apartment from the lobby on the ground floor. Here you also have access to the communal swimming pool, sauna/steam room and communal party room. The apartment block also benefits from a 24 hour concierge and underground parking.

The balcony overlooks the white sand beach and blue ocean and has a table and reclining chairs. The living area is open plan with seating and dining areas facing the ocean view. A granite breakfast bar leads to the kitchen which also benefits from the superb views. The kitchen has a gas oven and hob, large fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is also a sink for rinsing flip flops and swim suits. (very Brazilian!)

There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, two double and one twin, both double rooms have ocean views. There are three shower rooms, two of which are ensuite. These are fully tiled with marble vanity units. The master bedroom has an air conditioning unit and the other rooms have fans. The whole apartment benefits from the wonderful ocean breezes coming non stop from the east.

Location & area

Visit Cabo Branco to relax and enjoy a beach holiday with all facilities on your doorstep..... beach, pool, restaurants, bars and shopping. You do not need to hire a car as everything is local to you.

As this area is tropical it enjoys temperatures of around 28 degrees Centigrade all year. High season is November to February ending with the street parties of Carnival. This makes the area a great winter sun destination. The rest of the year is quieter, but equally hot and sunny.

If you want an active holiday a ten minute stroll away are the boats which take you to snorkelling destinations in the bay on the reef. These boats also serve food and drinks whilst you are out there.

Why not arrange a beach buggy tour for the day of all the magnificient beaches to the south of the city. This takes you off road to quiet corners where you have time to swim, drink and eat. Highly reccomended, ask us for details of local guides.

The roads are good, so why not explore on your own in a hire car which will run on sugar cane alcohol! A great experience!
