Overview

185sq meters, 3rd and 4th floor. 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, fully furnished with U.S. furniture and appliances. Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. $150/day+ security depost and $100 cleanup fee, minimum 7 days rental. ($200/day July/August). Full maid service (cleaning, laundry, cooking, food purchasing) available for a small fee. Dune buggy, wind surfing, kite surfing rental available nearby. Great beach front restaurants and upscale dining within walking distance. BeachPark, South America's best aquatic park, is easy walking distance, only 400 meters down the beach. Enjoy the various attractions including wave pools, water slides for all ages, and especially "Insano", their monster water slide! There are also a number of barracas (beach restaurants)and other fine dining within walking distance of the condo. Dune buggy, kite surfing, and windsurfing rentals are nearby. Rental cars, taxis, and bus tours to other area beaches and local attractions (including some fantastic shopping malls) are also available. Personal maid service for the week (including cooking food shopping, and laundry)is available for a small fee. There is always great stuff to do in nearby Fortaleza- it seems the city never sleeps and there is always a party going on! You absolutely have to catch Pirata in Iracema on Monday nights!! Also plan to visit the Artisan's market on Beira Mar Beach(open every night). Another fun area to visit is Dragao do Mar (Sea-Dragon), where you can enjoy live music, great food, and instant Brazilian friends at an area of restored colonial buildings in Iracema.Best of all, as of Dec 21, Delta has begun direct service from Atlanta to Fortaleza, including special promotion offers! Fortaleza is a great place to vacation! Many Spring dates still available.
