The house is : 300 m2 The property in total : 2000 m2

Building Year: 1993 Re-decorated&upgraded summer 2003,summer 2004,summer 2005,summer 2006,summer 2007,summer 2008.

Type of House: "Ranch style" Villa made by famous Brasilian arcitect Claudio Bernandes.
The house is build in a special wood only to be found in buzios.

Large panoramic windows in the living room and old fashion,hand
made bricks on the roof. VERY nice and have to be seen.

Bedroom: 2 suites and 2 Fourbed room 12 beds. All rooms with private shower & each room you can walk out in our beautiful garden.

In each room we have installed new,modern high power fans with 3 speeds.

Situated: The villa is on a hilltop with fantastic panorma view over the ocean and the famous beaches Geriba and Ferradurinha...

Information: Everybody have heard about Buzios,Brasil where the rich& famous goes on holiday. This charming small village with only 170000 inhabitans) is only 2 hours drive by car from Rio De Janeiro and have the best beaches in Brasil.

We can arrange with bus or private car transfer from RIO airport or Copabacana to/from our house in Buzios.

The climate is nice all year through with about 17 - 28C in winter time (may until october) and about 25 - 35C in the summertime ( november until april).


Prices (Due to the low exchange rate of USD have the prices been raized) :

Low season ( April - September ) : USD 345

High Season ( October - March ) : USD 400

Location & area

Our house is on a hilltop in a quiet neighbourhood with a short distance to town. Here you can relax in our swimmingpool, have a barbeque on the grill, relax on the big veranda or use our sauna. If you want to go the beach then its only 15 min walk from the house to Geriba or Ferrandurinmha....



In the house there is a nice living room with TV (25 portugese channels),DVD player with international films,and a stereo with lot of different music. There is also a dining area. The kitchen is fully equiped with freezer, fridge, microwave and other fascilities.



We have a "caseiro" who can help with anything you need to take care of , and we can offer "empregada" service if you need to have your clothes washed and so on. This can be arranged directly with Isabel against a little fee.



From the house it is only 10 min with car to the city centre. We recommend that you rent a "buggy"(beach car) and park it in front of the it easy to go for a trip to the beaches or have a meal at one of the many nice restaurants in town.
