The apartment is fully furnished with all the things you need, oven, refrigerator, a wonderful hot shower, pots, pans, sheets, towels, teapot, etc. The rooms are very big. Separate locked entrance to the apartment. The rent covers everything.

Beautiful place. The view over the city is just incredible. Since one side of the apartment is completely windows with a balcony, you will enjoy just being home. During the day you can look over the town and across the Andes; at night the lights of the city are incredible, you have a great view of the square and the entire valley.

We have completely fallen in love with Sucre. It is a perfect size, not too small, it has all the comforts of home, plus restaurants, music, speakers, and an active political scene, yet not too big, the people around town recognize us and say their hellos, we have made many friends.

And, as a woman, I feel very safe here, I almost never get hassled and we never have had any problems with theft that most travelers run into.

I can suggest an excellent Spanish teacher, a laundry lady who will cheaply do your laundry at the house, a dentist, hospital, or whatever may come up.
