This lovely & elegant apartment has one master bedroom in suite with a Jacuzzi bathtub & closed glass balcony faces on the street, is newly renovated & totally refurbished at the end of 2007.

The Living & Dining area:
This is an enjoyable & convenience area with a glass table for 3 people, indoor bar , LCD 27" cable TV., cd & dvd player.
It has one single bed (sommier) full of littles cushions inviting to have a beautiful nap or just to go to sleep for another guest.

The kitchenette:
This is a fancy & harmonious fully equipped kitchen.
Specific information: freedge , gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, iron, crockery &cutlery for 4, utensils kitchen.

No variable rates by season-Discounts for longer than 3 months.
The rate includes: electricity, gas, telephone, water, building fees, cable t.v., high speed Internet, city taxes. Maid service once a week.
