The common areas include a living room with a fireplace and confortable sofas, a patio and a sunny terrace. The living room is beautifully decorated with a mixture of Southeast Asian and contemporary pieces.
The patio has a vine tree that was planted when the house was built, typical of the old houses of Buenos Aires.
