Overview

Located 150km from Buenos Aires (by Highway) and 150km from Rosario, the second biggest city of the country. The house is only 12km from San Pedro, a typical farm village by the Parana river, where you can enjoy from the Argentinian farm life, as well as from very nice views and trips around the river with many adventure activities.
In our farm you will find 2 design houses. The main house has 3 double bedrooms (one ensuite), 2 bathrooms (both of them with jacuzzi) and one additional guests bathroom. It also has a very spacious living room with an open American style kitchen. The second house has 3 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It also has a living room with an open kitchen. In total you will find 500m2 between both houses that were built 4 years ago. We have 22 hectareas (22.000m2)of which 5 has. are of garden with ancient trees and a swimming pool.
The entrance to the farm is a beautiful path with trees of more than 100 years.
The swimming pool area has a bathroom and dressing room.
In the farm there's also a 3rd house for the guards that they are a very nice couple that lives there the whole year and they take care of the garden amd they watch after the houses. * We also offer a cleaning service for the houses.
The house has alarm system, ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, heating and satelite tv with more than 100 channels.
The House is in a farm area, surrounded by other farms in which some owners live there the whole year and some are only weekends or holidays. 2km from there there's a small village called Rio Tala where you can find some shops for the daily needs. There's also a health centre, a police and a gas station, as well as handcrafts shops and a typical farm house restaurant.
