Overview

Charming 1 bedroom apartment with balcony in a lovely area of Palermo district. Bright and surrounded by main Avenues. With delicate decoration, brand new furniture and complete equipment. Cosy living-dinning room fitted with a table & chairs, big sofa, TV-Cable (21`), DVD, lamps and cube tables. In this room, and also in the kitchen and in the bedroom, there are big glass doors facing a long balcony to the front. It is decorated with plants and surrounded by the trees of the street. There is a full semi integrated kitchen (with a convenient breakfast bar and 2 benches). It is equipped with: small fridge, microwave, air extractor, complete gas oven with stoves, toaster, coffee maker and china for 4 people. Also a laundry area with basin for manual laundry. The bedroom is furnished with a brand new double bed, night tables with lamps, roof fan, closet and access to the balcony. The bathroom is in outstanding conditions and counts with: WC, bidet, shower and tub.
