This charming 1 bedroom apartment is bright and delicately decorated, with lovely parquet floors, brand new furniture and complete equipment. Its long 9 mts� balcony oversees the beautiful "tipa" trees on the street. The apartment has Air Conditioning, free Internet Access, and Maid Service once a week.

This balcony is decorated with plants and surrounded by the beautiful trees of the street, which shades it from too much direct sunlight in summer! There is a fully equiped semi-integrated kitchen, with a convenient breakfast bar. The bedroom is furnished with a brand new bed, roof fan, and access to the balcony. The bathroom is in outstanding conditions and includes a tub.
