Located near Avenida de Mayo (linking Parliament with Plaza de Mayo) and Avenida 9 de Julio(where the Obelisk is). Walking distance to many important places. 3 subway lines in the area.
Ground level, opposite to a tiny park.

- good restaurants as Plaza Mayor one ( budget restaurants too )
- leather stuff outlets (shoes, jackets)
- A fully furnished one-bedroom flat with an ensuite bathroom. Hardwood floors. High ceilings.
- Sofa bed in living room. Double bed in bedroom (ceiling fan). Linen included.
- Cable TV, DVD, some films, music, books and board games
- Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, microwave,oven gas, coffee maker, dishes.
