Luminous and silent apartment with a 43 sqft balcony with a view to a beautiful garden that makes you feel as if you were on a farm. The same view is seen from the big window of the bedroom and even from the kitchen that is communicated with the living room by a small counter. The apartment is two blocks from Santa Fe Ave. and from Juan B. Justo Ave., where you can find all kind of transports and the subway station Palermo (line D), on a silent and safe neighborhood famous for its modern and young night life. The kitchen (with a small laundry area) and the bathroom are new, complete and equipped. The Internet connection is optional. Maid service is provided once a week if the complete stay is superior to 7 days, including linen and towels exchange.
