Beautiful, homely and very modern one bedroom apartment located in a brand new building in Palermo Viejo.The area boasts many restaurants and coffee shops and Alto Palermo shopping center and the underground are only 5 blocks away. This exquisitely decorated apartment has one bedroom with king size bed which can be split into two large single beds. The living room is bright and comfortable, it has a sofa bed plus Home Theather, DVD. There is an exit to a large balcony. There is also a fully fitted kitchen open plan to the living room with a breakfast bar and a dinning table that seats four. It has a guest toilette and one complete bathroom with bathtub and shower.
