Overview

Very comfortable and beautiful DUPLEX apartment in a first floor in VILLA CRESPO area (2 BLOCKS FROM SUBWAY "B" LINE) and only 5 blocks from PALERMO.
Sunny, and large. A place you´ll like to stay in.
The living-dining room has wooden floors, large sofa with home-theatre (DVD-CD) with 5 loudspeakers and a sub-woofer. TVcable. Large dining table. Large balcony
It is a one year old building, with jacuzzi and solarium.
There is a toilette with marble countertop and kitchen with microwave, gas stove, gas range, toaster, electric heater, coffee-maker, dishes for 6 and full kitchenware.
Heating system which can be regulated in 5 different places.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the bathroom.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed, air conditioned, and heating. Large mirror.
The 2nd. bedroom has two single beds, heating, a very nice writing desk with Internet connection and two loudspeakers to be connected to a computer.
