Overview

This is a very nice apartment greatly located, just a few blocks from the
famous Plaza Serrano in the Palermo Viejo district, surrounded by pubs,
coffe-shops, design shops and fabulous restaurants buzzing with nightlife.
With two bedrooms (with a queen size bed in each), a living-dinning room, a
fully equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The apartment has a great view and its very bright and sunny. It's equipped
with a cable TV, stereo, refrigerator, dishes, kitchenware, linens and
towels. Near to bus stops, gyms, restaurants, bars, markets amd anything you
need.

We only accept cash as payment. Rates include electricity, gas, building
fees, city taxes, cable TV, telephone and water.

Maid service once every week.
