Overview

This 1 bedroom apartment is fully furnished, and has arguably some of the best views in San Telmo. You can see the superb blue domes of the nearby Russian Orthodox Church, and the Rio de la Plata in the distance.
As the apartment is on the 9th floor, it is completely private, quiet and the secure. There is a kitchenette with cooktop, fridge and cooking utensils. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, and there is a sofa bed in the lounge room.

One of the great things about this apartment is its location - right on Parque Lezama. This famous park is a real cultural hub, with weekly markets, a children's funfair, walking trails, museum and public chess.
It takes about half an hour to walk to the city centre, or about 15 minutes to walk to Plaza Dorrego. There are restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets, and fabulous places to drink and be merry only a few steps from the front door. And if you prefer not to walk, there is easy access to trains, buses and taxis.
