Overview

Absolute beachfront, white sands just steps from the door.

The main bedroom is huge, has a king bed and ranchsliders opening onto the north facing deck(all day sun looking over the water).

The kitchen/lounge open onto the same deck enjoying the 180 degree beach & water views.
The accommodation is self catering with a gas hob/electric oven, fridge, freezer & microwave.

The second bedroom has 2 king single beds (can be pushed together & made up as a supa king for a second couple). There is an extra single bed if required.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bath and vanity. There is underfloor heating for the cooler months.

Available for use free of charge is a waveski and a canoe (seats 1 adult, 1 child).

Clarks Beach is a rural community (dairy farms & horse studs) along the New Zealand coastline. Located 50 minutes south of Auckland central business district.



Clarks Beach golf course is 500m away. A round will cost $25 (affiliated to a club)or $45 casual. Golf buggies are available for hire at $25. Most holes have beautiful water views. Meals are available at the clubhouse. Just sign the visitors book.



Clarks Beach Harbour cruises will show you around all the different bays. They even accomodate those wanting to stop at a beach to get married.



Award winning restaurant and bar Chin Wags is a 300m walk. They also do take away pizza. In the same block of shops you'll find the fish'n'chip/lunch bar, hairdresser, doctor/chemist and wholesale alohol.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
