Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley in downtown Staunton, VA, our B&B is within walking distance of The American Shakespeare Center, many restaurants, 3 coffee shops + 1 tea house, antique shops, gift shops, and The Woodrow Wilson Presidential Library.

You can just park your car and walk to everything! It will take you a few days to fully explore all Staunton has to offer. There is also a FREE trolley which loops around the downtown area and then travels out to the park, about 1/2 mile away.
There is also a lower garden, with a covered swing, a bench, and a chair -- another place to enjoy relaxing in the gardens.
Amenities include: a multi-course breakfast, even during the week, snacks available all the time, FREE wireless Internet usage, cable TV, air conditioning, baskets of "bathroom extras" -- just to name a few.
We offer 2 very large suites as well as 3 private guest rooms, each with private baths.
We have several beautiful gardens, including a large water garden in the courtyard area of the back yard. Water lilies, lotus, iris, cattails, underwater oxygenating plants, and fish make this a fascinating spot to enjoy sitting at the covered table or relaxing on the settee and chairs in the courtyard.
