Dozens of activities and events available at the resort and surrounding Mad River Valley area. Complementary resort shuttle service delivers you from the unit to the lifts 1/4 mile away or to your choice of two other mountains within six miles of the unit. Sugarbush Resort Fitness Center walking distance from unit, fee applies, with rock gym, pool, and Physical Therapy. Free shuttle service is also available during the ski season to area attractions such as dining, entertainment and shopping.



Independent or tour guided excursions can be arranged through the resort or surrounding area agencies for fly fishing, glider rides, adventure skiing, snow shoeing, hiking, biking, nature walks, icelandic horseback rides, and much more. Camps and lessons for all ages are available for many of these activities season permitting including adult golf camp!



Unit is equipped with DSL accessable from Master Bedroom, Living Room, or Dining Room link ups. TV/VCR/DVD and stereo in living room with DVD library, video game system and a few games, lots of board games, puzzles and books.



Fully equipped kitchen has new appliances and everything you need to prepare a quick snack or an entire holiday meal. Coffee maker, grinder, hand mixer, blender, toaster, microwave, crock pot, all supplied. Ample dish and glassware, etc. provided.

Second floor has open floor plan living room, dining room, kitchen and another bath with shower. Access to the large deck with BBQ grill from dining room sliders. Third floor finds three bedrooms, including the master bedroom with balcony that overhangs large second floor deck. Full bathroom on third floor has a full tub with shower. Up one more flight to the fifth and most interesting bedroom with absolutely amazing views.



Gourmet grocery delivery and perpared meal service available in area. Massage, aroma therapy, and other therapeutic or relaxation techniques can be performed by local experts who will come to the condo to soothe you.
