1 bedroom Vacation Rental in
Park City Utah

(One of the few with Self check in/out. No need to drive for keys, etc.)




This 1 bedroom studio condo has full kitchen, log furniture, queen bed in
bedroom, sleeper sofa in living room, wood fireplace, sliding
glass door to balcony, jetted tub, ceiling fans, extra sink/vanity
area, 2 TV's/VCR/DVD. Unit includes all bedding and linen, towels, cutlery, crockery, sauce pans. Everything you should need. Coin Laundry facilities. Comfortable lobby with fireplaces. We also have an elevator. You'll appreciate that after a long day on the slopes!. Sorry, no pets. No smoking inside condo please.




Heated outdoor pool,indoor hot tub. Free underground parking lot or outdoor parking
lot. This condo is even just steps from the free bus route to resorts, town etc. Use this
complimentary transit system or walk to skiing, restaurants, bars, food, shopping,
movies and shops. The free bus runs from morning until midnight or later. Also, very convienent, next door at the Marriott, is a ski shop, bike rentals, restaurant and club.

Many others within a few minutes walk.




Salt Lake Airport 36 miles away.

Park City Ski Resort 1 mile away.

Deer Valley Ski Resort 1.5 miles away.

The Canyons Resort 4 miles away.

end of ski season - Nov 14 (Low) $ 75/night or $450/week. (make offer for longer)

Nov 15 - Dec 18 (Early Ski) $110/night or $600/week.

Dec 19 - Jan 4 (Holiday) $195/night or $1160/week.

Jan 20 - Jan 30 (Sundance) $195/night or $1160/week.

Feb 12 - Feb 17 (Valentine,Pres) $195/night or $1160/week.

Jan 5 - end of ski season (unless above) $130/night or $800/week.




Holiday may be slightly higher. Rates subject to change until confirmed. Add 10.35% tax to rates. $65 exit cleaning fee. Daily cleaning can be arranged if you desire, for an additional fee. There is a $300 refundable security deposit required to hold your reservation & confirm your dates. Make offer for monthly or longer stays.
