Beautiful two story home on pilings (3 stories high) with an awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the Intracoastal Canal with a private lighted fishing pier in your own backyard. The front yard is bordered by the San Bernard National Wildlife Refuge. Sargent, Tx. and Matagorda Bay are a birdwatcher's paradise. The property also offers an unobstructed view of the stunning coastal sunrises and sunsets.
