Our Custom home is situated on 1 acre in a small quiet subdivision on a private drive with private river access shaded with majestic cypress trees. On the banks of the river, you can have a picnic, BBQ, camp fire or relax in the warmth of the peaceful surroundings.This beautiful river is rich in aquatic life including birds, turtles, and numerous species of fish. The water temp. stays the same year round- about 74 degrees making water sports pleasureable in all of the seasons. Activities available include swimming,tubing,canoeing,kayaking,snorkeling,fishing along with fly fishing.
Martindale is a small country town only 10 miles from San Marcos (Tx.St.Univ.),35 miles from Austin, 25 miles from Canyon lake,45 miles from San Antonio.
Whether you enjoy the luxury of the river & property ,playing golf (only min's away)or like shopping at the San Marcos Outlet Mall or antique shops near by or like going out and hearing live music, there is something here for everyone.
