Overview
If you love outdoor sports, nature or are looking for a relaxed, spoilt getaway, you've probably found the right place!
Enjoy Big South Fork, trail riding, hiking, bicycling, fishing, boating, swimming and ATV riding. Unlike the Smokies, you'll not have to endure traffic jams nor jostle with other hikers. This is true wilderness. Visit Pickett State Park, Sergeant York's home, Dale Hollow Lake and Historic Rugby. Bring your horses to our stables with 26 all wood 10'*12' stalls.
We have 10 guestrooms, each with private bathrooms, heating and air conditioning. All rooms have a TV and a VCR - you can borrow films from our extensive video library. The rooms are all different - some with king size beds, others with 2 separate beds.
At breakfast time, you join us in our home, which is part of the Lodge, for a full cooked breakfast. Be prepared to be pampered - there's no doubt you will start your day well fed and in good humor.
Wildwood Lodge will offer you a warm, friendly welcome.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
