Two story open floor plan with deck overlooking the mountains and Watauga Lake. First floor is wheelchair accessible. Wireless DSL in case you have to stay in touch. Pet friendly (fee charged). Private dock for your boat, or rent one for the length of your stay. Swimming and fishing right at the end of the gently sloping lawn - no steep steps to climb. Near sections of the Appalachian Trail, Virginia Creeper Trail, Barter Theater and Appalachian State Summer Music Festival, bluegrass and country music and so much more.

Butler, TN is a small town with a rich history and an award winning museum detailing that history. Settled in the 1700's, Daniel Boone camped on the shores of the Lake before heading to Kentuck!
