This Sun studio condo is on the 15th floor of the Renaissance tower building at a 33 acre resort in south Myrtle Beach. It has a wonderful view of the ocean, the beach and the skyline of Myrtle Beach. This condo offers a full kitchen, a new queen bed and a queen sleeper, an eating area, one full bath and a balcony looking north down the beach. It has cable TV with a DVD player and high speed Wireless Internet service. This family friendly resort has over 700 feet of white sandy beaches, 6 swimming pools (two are indoors), hot tubs/whirlpools, saunas, tennis, volleyball and basketball courts, game rooms, a children's play ground, a cabana beach bar and restaurant with entertainment in the summer, a convenience /gift store, 24 hour security and a brand new $700,000 lazy river water park area
