From our new 1BR/1BA Oceanfront condo, you are minutes away from great shopping, challenging and scenic golf courses, delicious local seafood, and terrific nightlife! Being oceanfront, you also have the beach, the sand, and the invigorating ocean breezes free of charge!!

Holiday Sands at South Beach located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and is conveniently located to shopping, golf, restaurants, theaters, and anything else you'd like while on vacation. The new Market Common feature shopping, retail, and dining options is less than two miles from the Resort. Tommy Bahama, Ann Taylor, Anthropologie are just a few of the high-end retailers. Tommy Bahama also has a cafe at Market Common. A favorite of many of our guests is the P. F. Chang's Chinese Bistro - possibly one of the nicest restaurants in Myrtle Beach! Also check out Gordon Biersch brewpub. Opening on Memorial Day weekend is the Freestyle Music Park (formerly Hard Rock) which features exciting rides plus music from all of the favorite genres. The new owners have lowered their prices and this promises to be an even bigger hit this year!
If you are wanting to relax, our oceanfront unit is for you! Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean while listening to the waves can melt your stress away. If you are wanting great resort amenities, our unit is for you! There are two pools, kiddie pools, a lazy river, hot tub and a complete exercise room to occupy your time. If you'd prefer, you can relax in the sun on one of the lounge chairs on the poolside lawn. Did we mention the ocean and the beach? You're just steps away from the water, the sand, the shells, the shark's teeth, and loads of family fun.
Our unit is located on the 8th floor and is accessed by four high speed elevators and enclosed hallways for your safety and comfort. We can accommodate 8 guests with 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed. With high ceilings, our fully furnished unit appears much larger.
The resort also offers a gated parking deck which add security and keeps your car out of the elements. Meeting and conference rooms are also available from the resort if your stay involves business.
*We prefer weekly rentals. However gaps in the schedule do occur and in those cases we will accept daily rentals with a three night minimum. Visit this site for specials or contact us to see if daily rentals are available when you need them.*

We are about 2 miles from the new Market Common shopping center, 3 miles from the airport (all of which were part of the old Air Force Base. Springmaid Pier where fishing is a common pastime is about a half mile away and can be seen from the balcony.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
