Welcome to our cozy home away from home and your new favorite Myrtle Beach vacation rental. By renting our 1 Bedroom Ocean Front Myrtle Beach condo directly from us, you'll save $$$ off the advertised Resorts rates and other units in the building. We'll make your Myrtle Beach vacation rental more affordable so you have more money for shopping, golfing or enjoying one of the Grand Strands 1700 restaurants. Incredible views of the ocean & beach from your private balcony are only a click or call away. Come vacation with us year after year, we are looking for a renting relationship, not just a rental.

Our Oceanfront condo sleeps 6 and is centrally located in the south end of Myrtel Beach and close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. You will enjoy sandy beaches, great shopping, the freshest seafood, golfing, amusement parks, water parks, romantic walks on the beach and so much more you'll need to come back again and again.


You get the best of both worlds in our Home away from Home. Newly remodeled for 2007 your unit has 2 full size beds in the bedroom and a Queen size sleeper in the living room. Linens are not provided but we do have extra pillows and blankets in the closet.

You will have a full kitchen which includes a blender, toaster, coffee pot, plates, silverware, cookware and cooking utensils, refrigerator, new stove and microwave.You will have 1 full bath and a separate dressing area with a sink, mirror and a hair dryer. An in-room safe that is designed to hold most laptops can be found in the bedroom closet.

The living/dining area has a bleached oak dining table with 4 chairs. The living room area is also decorated with white wash furniture and a very inviting wicker chair to curl up in and read a book. The sofa pulls out into a queen size sleeper with an additional chair to sit in. The entertainment unit has a 32" TV with HBO, a VCR/DVD combo player and a 3 disc CD changer. We have provided some movies to watch, Disney movies as well as some classics. Games and cards can also be found in the Entertainment unit as well as some books to read. If you start a book and need to take it home and finish it, feel free. If you finish your book while with us and want to leave it with us, feel free to do that also.

Blue Water Resort offers the following to all it's guests:
Access to 4 outdoor pools, a lazy river, kiddie pool, 5 whirlpools and a 70-foot heated indoor pool. Live seasonal entertainment around the deck of the Ocean Front pool . Relax in the sauna after playing racquetball/shuffleboard on the indoor court.

The lobby has a full information booth with information on all local places to eat, play and shop.Discount coupon books are also availabe as well as an ATM machine.

The palm Cafe is a full service on-site restaurant is also waiting for you.

Enjoy island snacks, exotic specialty drinks,poolside parties,theme nights and exciting entertainment all at Flip Flops ocean front bar and grill. Guest laundry facilities, arcade, wireless Internet in lobby area and free parking are also available.
