You will get to enjoy all the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. The ocean is right out your door. If you have children and they are old enough they can go to the pool themselves and you can keep an eye on them while relaxing in the villa. You can call them in from the pool from your own private balcony, so convenient. This is an ideal second floor condo, not too far up, yet not too low where shrubs etc. obstruct your view. Being a Corner Unit, there is a side window in the living room. This is not a unit that has the steps next to the balcony so you have added privacy.

During your stay you will enjoy one of Hilton Head Islands widest beaches and most desirable, convenient locations. You may not need to use or move your car, dozens of restaurants, shops, grocery stores and attractions are within walking distance. Right across the street at Coligny Plaza there are quaint little shops, entertainment, restaurants, grocery store, coffee shop, movie theater and bakery.
