Long Island is shaped like a fish, with Manhattan at the nose, JFK International Airport at the eye and the North Fork and The Hamptons making up the twin forks of the tail. The Hamptons is attracts the rich and famous during the summer, whereas the North Fork is more laid back, rural in character and family orientated. Many working farms now produce excellent world class wines, as well as delicious home grown fruit and vegetables. Great golfing and fishing, fine dining on local seafood, it's a wonderful place to relax and chill out.

Amenities & services

2 bedrooms on the ground floor with a bathroom inbetween, 1 master bedroom on the 2nd floor with ensuite bathroom, loft above master bedroom with additional double bed. One of the downstairs bedrooms has a split King bed, meaning it can be made up as either a King Bed or 2 x twin beds as preferred. No additional sleep couches or rollaways, so max occupancy is 6-8 people, but we do have a travel cot. We provide 100% cotton linens and towels, feather and down duvets on all beds for cooler seasons. All beds will be freshly made up ready for your arrival.

On the second floor, features include a large living room with cathedral ceiling and huge wrap-around deck, with panoramic views over Southold Bay to Shelter Island and sunsets over the wetlands and Goose Creek. The master bedroom is located off the living room and enjoys a private en-suite bathroom. Above the living room is a loft/ den.
