spacious, sunny and calm. This shingle farm house was built in the 1860s but was recently renovated. original details such as the wide board floors, claw foot tubs and fireplaces have been lovingly restored. The new additon includes a huge gormet kitchen/dining room with french windows, a fireplace and garland stove. The are two living rooms with french windows, wainscotting and beautiful wood floors. Upstairs there are three charming bedrooms and a wonderful master suite with ensuite bathroom, walk in closet and a small office. There is an upstaris porch and a downstairs porch with water views. There is an outdoor shower and a large peaceful garden. . The house is located near beautiful beaches, golf courses, tennis ourts and a lovely village with a few shops and restaurants. .The world famous Hamptons are a short ferry ride a way. New York city is only 2 1/2 hours away.
