Newly decorated and totally renovated Upper-East-Side duplex apartment. The apartment is fully air conditioned, immaculate - clean and in a well maintained apartment building in the heart of where you want to be the Upper East Side. These units are excellent for two to three couples or a large family. The first level doubles as a living room, which turns into a bedroom since it is equipped with a queen size sofa bed. The two bottom rooms both have queen size beds. The duplex has two full bathrooms. All the rooms have windows and hardwood floors, and exposed brick. Each duplex has access to a private patio on the ground level which can be used for recreation, entertaining or barbeques. The duplex apartments come equipped with; 20 inch Flat screen TV, cable, AC, phone (free local calls), microwave, coffee-maker, kitchenware, etc. We provide you with all linens and towels.
