This spacious "artist studio" is a two story, fully equipped house, the bedrooms are on the second floor along with a 1/2 bath, the first floor is 18' x 32' kitchen and studio area, the full bath is 6'x 10'. The house is built on pilings over Jamaica Bay, within an intimate colony of homes accessible by a 300-foot boardwalk over the tidal marshlands. There is one queen one double and one single bed. The studio has towels & sheets; however, they are not changed daily. There are also cooking utensils, etc. and small grocery stores as well as a laundry mat within walking distance.
