We are located on a secondary road,in the Catskills,near the Delaware River closet full time neighbor is 1 mile away. We are adjacent to 1200 acers of state land. Big and small game hunting, fishing We offer quiet, calm,and relaxing. BUT we are 30 minutes to Binghamton. 50 min. to Cooperstowne,and 2 1/2 hours out of NYC 30 minuntes to Hancock and the West Branch of the Delaware
