Overview

Located in charming Campton Village, in the heart of the White Mountains, our 1811 farmhouse is also convenient to the Lakes Region. The area offers almost every outdoor activity imaginable including hiking, biking, canoeing and kayaking, swimming, rock climbing, skiing and snowboarding, inner tubing, sleigh rides, horseback riding and more! Relax on our lush 3 acres. Stargaze from our outdoor hot tub. Curl up by the fire with a good book and a glass of wine. Whatever you're looking for, we can help. We offer both queen rooms with private baths and 2-room suites with king beds, jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces. You'll enjoy a full gourmet breakfast made by a NYC-trained pastry chef as well as all-day access to wine, beverages, and munchies.

The Sunny Grange B&B is located on a beautiful 3 acre lot in Campton Village. This picturesque spot was chosen by the Foss family almost 200 years ago to build a farm for their son. The old barn still stands and adds an extra bit of charm to the property. In town, you'll find restaurants, an art gallery, and a general store. We are only 10 minutes from Waterville Valley and a half hour from Loon and Cannon.
