This home is "one of the closest Vacation Homes to the Strip in Las Vegas".

"Close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip".

This luxury Corporate Home is only 3/4 mile and a 15 minute walk to Las Vegas Blvd and West Sahara. Within view of the Strip. And less than 2 miles to the Las Vegas and Sands convention centers.

The Strip Villa is located near the corner of Rancho Road and W. Sahara Blvd situated directly behind and within view of the Palace Station Hotel and Casino.
Perfectly located in the general area around the Las Vegas Strip it is only 3/4 of a mile from W. Sahara Road and Las Vegas blvd. A 15 minute walk and only a 1 minute drive. The strip Villa is still only 4 minutes from downtown and the Freemont experience.
If staying here a vehicle is only optional.
