A single story 3,400 square foot home with 5 bedrooms and 5 full baths. Great central location and only a few minutes drive to the strip with everything it has to offer and located in a gated upscale community. A backyard Oasis awaits your arrival with pool, raised spa and built in barbeque. Approximately 3 miles from the MGM Grand with drive time estimated at 6 minutes. Travertine floors greet you upon entering the foyer of this great room designed home, passing by the game area with the full size pool table for your competitive spirit and the formal dining area for quiet candlelight dinners. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, travertine floors and granite counters with a Center Island for the chef of the house with an eat-in kitchen space for easy dining. The family room with large wall mounted entertainment center includes CD player and surround sound. The large wrap around sofa with deep cushions and many pillows has lots of comfort space for relaxing with friends or family. The home office comes equiped with high speed wireless internet, desk, chairs and wall mounted TV. The master bedroom with King size bed and en-suite bathroom with glass shower, deep oval tub and huge walk in closet with center island can handle your attire for the Las Vegas Strip or convention activity. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have room for family or guests with ceiling fans and wall mounted TV's and Queen beds.
